Surrounding tasks, communication between task 'Originator' and task 'Owner' can occur within the specific task... no need for email.

Yes. All data is encrypted and secured. You and those you designate are the only ones that can view meeting minutes, meeting costs, task details, etc. AchieveMeet staff do not have visibility into any particulars you're capturing as you use AchieveMeet.
Yes. You have the ability to export raw data for you to use in other reports.
We do offer discounts on a case-by-case basis. Simply email Info@AchieveMeet.com for more details and make sure to provide details surrounding your institution (e.g., name, location, number of expected Full Access and Data Capture Only users, etc.)
Yes though some features may be limited. This is something that will be enhanced in the future. Today, you'll be able to perform most functions (e.g., booking meetings, taking minutes, creating tasks, etc.).

Yes. A federated identity such as a client, vendor, or partner can be identified through our Federating process. This will allow you and your federated identity to share and communicate over tasks, share meeting minutes, etc.
Yes. AchieveMeet will release updates and new features periodically. These features will be heavily reliant on feedback received from our users so please feel free to share your feedback as often as you'd like!
